1. General rules
1.1. These internal rules of safety (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the terms of
usage of the „Wolftrike Drift Hall" entertainment complex (hereinafter referred to as the Drift
Hall), located in Mūkusalas 49, k-6, Riga, LV-1004. The owner and operator of the Drift Hall
is SIA „SpeedUp", Reg. No. 40203263375, business address: Virbu iela 3, Riga, Latvia,
LV-1067.
1.2. The rules determine the terms of usage for the drift trikes (hereinafter referred to as the
Equipment), as well as other entertainment services provided by the Drift Hall.
1.3. The user of the Equipment (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) is a natural person who
has paid a fee for the usage of Equipment in the drift track (hereinafter referred to as the
Track) of the Drift Hall with the purpose of sport or entertainment, and/or uses other
entertainment services provided by the Drift Hall.
1.4. For the safety of customers, the Drift Hall has implemented the following age and height
limitations: 145cm in height / 12 years of age for drift trikes.
1.5. The staff of the Drift Hall has the right to perform an alcohol or drug test on the Customer, to
make sure that the Customer won't use the Equipment while impaired by alcohol or other
drugs. If the Customer refuses to perform the test or if it proves that the customer is
intoxicated, the staff reserves the right to prohibit the usage of Equipment to the customer,
without reimbursing the fee paid for the ride.
1.6. The staff of the Drift Hall reserves the right to allow or refuse the usage of Equipment and/or
other entertainment services provided by the Drift Hall, as well as the right to banish the
Customer from the grounds of the Drift Hall without explanation.
1.7. All responsibility regarding underage persons visiting the territory of the Drift Hall, using the
Equipment on the track, as well as any other inventory of the Drift Hall, including other sports
or entertainment appliances, and their compliance with these Rules is assumed by their legal
guardians who confirm it with their signature underneath these rules.
2. Customer's obligations
2.1. To pay for the usage of Equipment according to prices set by the Drift Hall before starting
their ride on the track. The Customer has an obligation to keep the receipt for the payment
until the end of the ride, as well as to show the receipt to the staff of the Drift Hall upon
request.
2.2. To wear a strapped helmet at all times while on Track, as well as to dress in clothing that is
appropriate to the usage of Equipment, including closed footwear. The helmet can be taken
off only once the customer is outside of the Track, at a safe distance from running Equipment.
The helmets are provided by the Drift Hall. The Customer is permitted to use their own
motorcycle or racing helmet.
2.3. To only use the Equipment within the Track marked by the staff of the Drift Hall.
2.4. Usage of the Track is allowed only with permission of the Drift Hall's staff. The Customer
shall leave the Track immediately after being signalled to do so by a member of the staff -
either by a raised hand, a chequered flag or a red light.
2.5. The drift trikes are to be used only according to their design for driving in a forward direction
– sitting down on the seat and placing the feet on the footrests, with both hands on the
handlebar.
2.6. To choose a speed that's appropriate to their driving skills and experience while on thetrack.
2.7. To signal with a raised hand in the event of stopping on the Track and to wait for a member
of staff to arrive afterwards.
2.8. To enter the service area of the Track in a safe (slow) speed, so it would be possible to
immediately stop the Equipment if necessary.
2.9. To let customers who are already on the Track pass when leaving the service area of the
Track.
2.10. To use the Equipment, other property and facilities of the Drift Hall with care and
consideration.
2.11. To compensate any damage caused to the owner of the Drift Hall or any other party, if it has
been caused because of the Customer's fault, in the result of not following these Rules while
using the services of the Drift Hall.
2.12. If the Customer has any illnesses that can influence the health and safety of themselves or
others, the customer is obligated to inform the staff of the Drift Hall about it.
3. It is strictly prohibited to:
3.1. Enter any rooms or parts of the territory of the Drift Hall that are not publicly accessible to
customers and are closed off or marked by warning signs.
3.2. To use the Equipment while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
3.3. To start the Equipment or to start driving it without permission from the staff of the Drift Hall.
3.4. To be on the Track without a strapped helmet as well as while wearing scarves, shawls or
other loose hanging items of clothing. Longhair must be tied back while on the Track.
3.5. To drive the Equipment without holding the handlebar, while standing up or in any other way
it is not intended to be used in.
3.6. To stop on the Track without a valid reason or to drive in the opposite direction without
permission.
3.7. To intentionally obstruct other customers and to provoke potentially dangerous situations on
the Track.
3.8. To intentionally crash into other customers as well as into signs or boards that mark the track.
3.9. To step off the Equipment in the event of it forcibly stopping on the Track, except when
permitted to do so by the staff of the Drift Hall.
3.10. To carry any passengers on the Equipment.
3.11. To smoke inside the territory of the Drift Hall, except for specially designated places, and to
consume any alcoholic beverages bought outside of the Drift Hall.
3.12. To behave in an aggressive manner and/or harass other visitors of the Drift Hall
4. Customers' responsibilities:
4.1. The Customer is obliged to inform the staff about any pre-existing or new faults to the
Equipment, the facilities and other inventory of the Drift Hall, that have either been
recognised before using the services and/or have emerged during the use of the services.
The Customer must stop using the Equipment or any other inventory of the Drift Hall if any
fault to it has been recognised or created or if it does not comply with general rules of safety.
4.2. The Customer holds full and unconditional responsibility for any damage incurred to the
owner of the Drift Hall or any other party who has suffered any losses that the Customer has
caused by not following the obligations and restrictions set in these Rules.
4.3. If the Equipment or any other inventory of the Drift Hall is damaged because of the
Customer's actions, the Customer agrees to compensate the expenses of repairing the
Equipment in an uncontested manner, according to the invoice issued by the party that the
Drift Hall has picked to perform the repairs. Alternatively, by choice of the Drift Hall, the
Customer can compensate the full value of the Equipment, recognising those as pre-
estimated damages.
4.4. The Customer's civil liability is determined according to the relevant laws of the Republic of
Latvia.
4.5. The Customer is personally liable for any injury, damage to personal belongings and any
other material and immaterial damage caused to themselves by not following theserules.
4.6. The customer attests that they realise the risks connected to using the Equipment, including
the risk of injury and harm to their health, as well as waives their right to pursue any legal
action against the owner or staff of the Drift Hall, unless the harm to the customer is caused
by malicious actions on part of the owner or staff of the Drift Hall.
4.7. The customer is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, including during the
use of Equipment or any other entertainment services provided by the Drift Hall. The Drift
Hall does not bear any responsibility for the loss of the customer's personal items.
4.8. When consuming any beverages or food items offered by the Drift Hall, the customer is
personally responsible for any impact that the allergens found in these products can cause to
their health. If necessary, the customer can ask the staff of the Drift Hall about the allergens
found in beverages or food items.
5. Customer's rights:
5.1. To use the paid and free-of-charge entertainment services offered by the Drift Hall.
5.2. To ask any relevant questions regarding the Equipment and its usage or the use of other
entertainment services provided by the Drift Hall, as well as to receive the answers to these
questions from the staff.
6. By signing these rules, the customer confirms that:
6.1. They agree to hand over their personal data to the owner and operator of the Drift Hall SIA
„SpeedUp", for organising and providing the services offered by the Drift Hall.
6.2. They agree to hand over their personal data for the purposes outlined above to third-party
data operators outside the EU that the owner and operator of the Drift Hall SIA „SpeedUp"
cooperates with and/or whose services it uses, at the same time ensuring that those data
operators abide by data safety rules that are equal to those set out by the EU.
6.3. The owner and operator of the Drift Hall SIA „SpeedUp" is entitled to use photos of the
customer and videos with customer's participation that are created during the use of Drift
Hall's services in marketing and public relations events, press releases, publications,
presentations and other types of communication that will be displayed to a wide audience,
including various corporate social media accounts, at their discretion.
6.4. If the customer does not want to hand over the permission to process their personal data to
the owner and operator of the Drift Hall SIA „SpeedUp" for the purposes mentioned above,
the customer will immediately inform the staff of the Drift Hall about it.
7. Other clauses:
7.1. Video surveillance is being used in the territory of the Drift Hall, to ensure the safety of the
customers and staff. The Drift Hall does not, however, bear any responsibility for the
Customer's personal belongings and items left at the Drift Hall.
7.2. In the occasion of non-compliance with these rules, the Customer is immediately prohibited
from using the Equipment and a fine of 50€ (fifty euros) is applied, without the right to
continue the ride. The fee paid for the ride will not be reimbursed.
7.3. If the ride has been interrupted for technical reasons, including faults to the Equipment, the
Customer will not be reimbursed for the fee paid, however, the customer is entitled to
another ride on the same day.
7.4. Any complaints that have arisen during the ride shall be submitted in written form
immediately after the end of the ride.
7.5. If the Customer has any disputes or disagreements with the staff of the Drift Hall, those shall
be settled by means of negotiation. If that fails to resolve the dispute, the management of the
Drift Hall shall be involved to resolve it. If it is not resolved by negotiation with the
management of the Drift Hall, the involved parties resolve their disputes in court, according to
the procedure set by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.6. The Customer has made themselves familiar with these rules, fully understands them and
commits to abide by them, confirming it by their signature below:
